Bar Staff

Morrissey’s Bar & Restaurant – Doonbeg, Co. Clare

Position: Bar Staff

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Hourly Rate: €13.50 – €16.00 per hour (depending on experience + tips)

About Morrissey’s

Morrissey’s is a premium seafood and steak restaurant and bar in the heart of Doonbeg. We are building a venue known for strong hospitality, quality drinks, and a lively but professional atmosphere.

We are looking for confident, reliable bar staff who take pride in delivering great service and creating a welcoming environment for both locals and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving drinks efficiently and to high standards
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Maintaining a clean and organised bar
  • Handling cash and card payments accurately
  • Re-stocking and managing bar supplies
  • Working as part of a professional team during busy services
  • Supporting floor staff when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a busy bar environment preferred
  • Good knowledge of beer, spirits and classic cocktails (training provided)
  • Confident, friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
  • Strong team player
