Bunratty Castle Hotel, a newly reopened 4‑star property, is looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused food and beverage assistants to join our team in Fibber McGee's Steakhouse. If you enjoy creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and delivering memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests
  • Wait tables, taking orders, serving food
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, wines, and coffees
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑presented bar area
  • Engage with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring they feel welcomed
  • Handle payments and operate the till accurately
  • Support the Bar Manager in day‑to‑day bar operations
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures

Requirements

  • Previous bar, restaurant or hospitality experience is essential
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
  • Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
