The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience as a waiter/waitress
  • Demonstrate excellent customer engagement, communication (verbal and written), and attention to detail
  • Show a strong interest in wine, cocktails, local food, and sharing this knowledge with both guests and the team
  • Be flexible, a team player, and motivated to provide authentic, caring hospitality
  • Be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and adapt to business needs
  • Have experience in a quality hotel, restaurant, or wine bar setting

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the highest standard of guest service in line with No. 1 Pery Square values
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, menus, wine list, and hotel offerings
  • Collaborate with team members, showing awareness and flexibility at all times
  • Promote sales opportunities across the hotel
  • Take pride in your role and demonstrate a strong commitment to service
  • Uphold all hygiene and safety regulations
