Restaurant Manager – Il Corvo Restaurant

Il Corvo Restaurant, an established Italian restaurant serving authentic cuisine since 1992, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise opening and closing procedures.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and manage restaurant staff.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and industry regulations.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Support the achievement of business objectives and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role.
