Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized and hospitality-driven Front of House Personel to oversee all guest-facing operations. The FOH Personel will ensure excellent customer service, manage shift with staff, coordinate floor pacing, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who handles high-stress situations with grace and fosters a positive team environment.

Duties will include but not limited to

  • Guest Experience: Greet patrons, manage table rotations, handle VIP arrangements, and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Daily Operations: Work shift openings and closings, manage cash drawers, conduct pre-shift briefings with part time co workers, and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Order & Service Delivery: Take food and drink orders accurately, answer menu questions, and relay dietary restrictions or allergies to the kitchen.
  • Communication: Act as the vital link between customers and the back of house (kitchen/bar staff) to ensure timely service. Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen team (Back of House) to ensure smooth service flow, correct order pacing, and accurate handling of dietary restrictions.
  • Cleanliness & Upkeep: Clear, sanitize, and reset tables, keeping the dining room, bar, and all guest areas clean and safe.
  • Payment & Complaints: Handle cash or card transactions and resolve guest complaints with patience and professionalism
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise part time FOH staff

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a FOH Personel, in a high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience operating Point of Sale (POS) systems, reservation management software, and scheduling tools.
  • Stamina & Flexibility: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Certifications: Relevant food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications are highly preferred.

Pay: From €14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.0 per week
