Salary: €19.00 per hour (Base €15 + approx. €4/hr service charge)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

As Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, ensuring the highest standards in food preparation and presentation. You’ll oversee a section of the kitchen, working with precision and creativity to deliver outstanding dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting seafood and grill dishes to the highest standards.
  • Managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring organisation and smooth service.
  • Following recipes and plating specifications, contributing to menu development when required.
  • Monitoring stock, minimising waste, and assisting with orders.
  • Maintaining HACCP and food safety standards at all times.
  • Working efficiently under pressure, ensuring dishes are delivered on time.
  • Collaborating with fellow chefs and staff to create a positive, professional kitchen culture.
