Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic waitress to join our restaurant team. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure our guests enjoy excellent service.

Main duties:

  • Welcome guests and show them to their tables.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately.
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
  • Explain menu options and pass allergy information to the kitchen.
  • Check that guests are happy and respond politely to requests.
  • Clear, clean and reset tables.
  • Process payments and handle cash accurately.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
