We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Waitress/Waiter/Bartender to work in Germaines Bar& Restaurant in Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow.

Requirements:

  • Proven waitressing experience (minimum 3x years)
  • Presenting menus, taking orders
  • Serving drinks/food
  • Processing payments
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
  • Ensuring pleasant dining experience, handling task like table preparation, upselling specials, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately take drink/food orders
  • Relay them to the kitchen
  • Serve drinks/food to a high standard
  • Deliver excellent guest service
  • Prepare tables, setting cutlery, glasses, clear tables after guests leave and maintain cleanliness
  • Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations
