Billie’s Grill and Coffee House is currently seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress & Barista to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks.
  • Operate POS system and handle cash/card payments.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Set up and clear tables promptly
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to requests.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints calmly.
  • Work closely with kitchen and management team.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress & barista is an advantage
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekdays
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Creates a positive team atmosphere.

Key Attributes:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress or barista (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and carry out duties confidently based on previous experience.
  • Good level of spoken English
