Barberstown Castle 4 star Hotel are recruiting experienced fine dining wait staff for the award winning Barton Rooms Fine Dining Restaurant.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years find dining experience.

This is a full time position.

Job Description:

The fine dining waiter / waitress will be an integral part of our fine dining team, responsible for serving food and beverages to guests to the highest standards. They will enhance guest satisfaction, engage with guests to meet their dining needs and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Main Duties:

· Provide exceptional table service adhering to silver service protocols

· Serve high quality food and refreshments to guests

· Set up and clear tables before and after service with meticulous attention to detail.

· Explain menu items and beverage choices through understanding of the offerings.

. Have extensive knowledge of the food and drink offerings.

· Respond to guest requests promptly and with professional courtesy.

· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas
