Full job description

Raha Indian Cuisine is one of the North East's most awarded Indian restaurants — listed four years running in Lucinda O'Sullivan's guide and featured in the Sunday Times Top 20. We are hiring an experienced kitchen professional to join our team in Dundalk.

This role requires prior kitchen experience. Please only apply if you have worked in an kitchen before.

Your duties will include:

  • Working across kitchen sections, including authentic Indian curries
  • Tandoor work — breads and grills (strong advantage)
  • Preparing food correctly for customer allergen requirements
  • Excellent housekeeping to HACCP standards throughout every shift
  • Monitoring and completing HACCP records — temperature checks, cleaning schedules, compliance
  • Reporting to and working alongside an experienced Chef

Essential requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Indian restaurant kitchen — curry section & tandoor a strong advantage
  • Working knowledge of food safety / HACCP practices in a commercial kitchen
  • Right to work in Ireland (we are not offering sponsorship for this role)
  • Available for evening and weekend shifts
  • Checkable references from previous kitchen employment
