Job Title: Food & Beverage Assistant
Department: Prom Bar
Reports to: Bar Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This is a full-time position and, due to the operational requirements and hours involved, the successful candidate must be over 18 years of age and fully flexible to work day, evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts. This role is not suitable for students due to the flexibility required.
Job Purpose:
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining and bar experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
- Work effectively as part of a team to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure prompt service.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and confidently assist guests with menu and beverage selections.
- Ensure all service areas are clean, well-presented, and fully stocked.
- Follow company procedures, food safety standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of service areas as required.
- Handle guest queries and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or hotel environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Must be reliable, flexible, and able to work a variety of shifts.
