The Role
You’re the first hello and the last impression. As Front of House, you’ll bring the vibe, keep service moving, and make customers feel looked after—even when the queue is out the door. If you like fast days, clear systems, and working with a switched-on team, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver friendly, confident customer service (even on busy days)
  • Take orders quickly and accurately (in-store & online)
  • Serve food and drinks to Namo standards—every time
  • Keep the front of house clean, organised, and on point
  • Work as part of a high-energy team during peak hours
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
  • Handle cash and card payments correctly

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive attitude and good people skills
  • Ability to stay calm, fast, and focused under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Team player who pulls their weight
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus (but not essential—we train you properly)
