We are now seeking an experienced Front of House Reception Lead to join us in a senior, hands-on leadership role. You will work alongside a supportive and experienced team and play an important part in the smooth running and continued development of both clinics.

The successful candidate will be based primarily at reception, answering telephone enquiries, welcoming clients, coordinating appointments and helping to lead daily front-of-house operations.

This role would suit a dynamic, kind and highly organised professional who combines excellent people skills with strong operational ability, commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to exceptional standards.

The Role

You will be a central point of coordination across reception, client communication, diary management, team support and daily clinic operations.

You will help ensure that every client receives a warm, professional and consistent experience from their first telephone call through to consultation, treatment, follow-up and rebooking.

The position also carries responsibility for supporting the safe, organised and efficient running of our medical and aesthetic clinics, including clinic preparation, stock oversight, treatment scheduling and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day front-of-house operation with professionalism, consistency and attention to detail.
  • Answer telephone enquiries warmly, confidently and efficiently.
  • Welcome clients and create a calm, polished and caring clinic experience.
  • Manage appointments, confirmations, cancellations, deposits and waiting lists accurately.
  • Coordinate clinic diaries to support appropriate scheduling, efficient treatment flow and strong use of available appointment time.
  • Guide clients confidently through relevant services and treatment pathways, while remaining within the appropriate scope of the role.
  • Support the medical, aesthetic, skin and wellness teams with the organisation and preparation required for well-run clinics.
  • Help maintain high standards of safety, confidentiality, documentation, stock control and operational readiness.
  • Support stock management systems, including monitoring, ordering, receiving and maintaining accurate oversight.
  • Ensure front-of-house procedures and agreed clinic systems are followed consistently.
  • Contribute to client retention, rebooking, diary utilisation and the overall commercial performance of the clinics.
  • Support new treatment launches, events, promotions and the continued development of the medical side of the business.
  • Identify operational issues early and respond in a calm, practical and solution-focused manner.
  • Support reception cover and team coordination as required.
  • Lead by example in professionalism, presentation, communication, kindness and accountability.
