Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and hardworking person to join our busy little team. The right candidate will have previous experience in a fast paced and food led restaurant. Efficiency, customer enjoyment and general understanding of the guts of the industry is a must. Trust, fluidity throughout sections and ability to think outside the box are all traits we look for. Basic food knowledge, understanding food sovereignty and an entry level grasp on the world of wine is preferred. . We're a close knit team who genuinely have a passion for what we do and would love to add another member to the group. We pride ourselves on a healthy work life balance with 4 days on and 3 days off (days off are always SUNDAY, MONDAY and TUESDAY) allowing you ample time to have a prosperous personal life. Holidays are decided together allowing us to close for 4 weeks out of the year thus mitigating the constant need for shift cover. Tips are generous and shared equally amongst the team every week. Pay: From €16.00 per hour
