Assistant Restaurant Manager – Woodfire & Wings, Stillorgan

Are you passionate about food, people and leadership? Woodfire & Wings is looking for a driven, energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Stillorgan!

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key part in day-to-day operations: leading the team, running the bar, keeping service smooth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to run a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing front- and back-of-house operations
  • Oversee bar operations, including drinks service, bar stock and orders
  • Lead and support staff during busy service
  • Maintain high standards of service, hygiene and food quality
  • Help with staff training, scheduling and stock control
  • Handle customer issues professionally

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role in hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy floor
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Advantageous:

  • Bar and cocktail experience, including cocktail preparation and bar management
