Full job description

We are growing our team and if you are interested in excellent customer service and great food and beverages then you are our person!

  • Excellent customer service
  • Greeting customers in a friendly fashion and welcoming them to the bar and restaurant
  • Seating customers
  • Ensuring safe service of alcohol
  • Processing payments by card and cash
  • Till reconciliation
  • Continually replenish stock and clean the bar
  • Change kegs
  • Adhering to standards and procedures
  • Ensuring bar and other areas are clean and maintained
  • Wine, Beer, Spirits & Cocktail knowledge essential.
  • Food service experience essential.
  • +1 years Busy bar and restaurant experience required
  • Excellent English
  • Other duties as requested
