- Set up and break down the restaurant in line with service standards
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and liaise effectively with the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly, following correct sequence of service
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service
- Support colleagues during busy periods, including events and functions
- Handle guest queries and requests promptly and courteously
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and responsible service of alcohol guidelines
- Assist with table resets, restocking and basic cash/POS handling as required
What We're Looking For

- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, across a 7-day roster covering breakfast and dinner shifts
- A positive, can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate
- Meals on duty
- Staff discounts across the estate (golf, spa, F&B)
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- Uniform provided
- A supportive, team-focused working environment in a beautiful estate setting
