ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will work as part of the Killruddery Team to maintain the highest of standards in Killruddery’s Michelin Guide recommended Grain Store Restaurant. Dealing warmly and efficiently with the public while ensuring fast, effective and friendly customer service.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers in a friendly confident manner. Respond to customer requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.

Till operation and cash handling.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Essential

Completed secondary level education

HACCP training although this can be provided if necessary

3 years restaurant experience.

Desirable

Previous customer service experience

Previous cash handling experience

Competencies (Behaviour & Attributes):

Be friendly and engaging, be helpful and polite, comfortable working with the public, be able to multi task and problem solve, be adaptable and flexible, be calm under pressure with a willingness and ability to learn.
