Job Description:

This is a full time position, 39 hours per week including weekends approx 7/8 hours per day, five days per week. You will be employed as a chef de partie by Dinkin's Bakery Ltd at our Taste of Tuscany restaurant in Church Square Monaghan town store. Your renumeration will be starting from 36605 euro per year.

A description of the employment is as follows:

Duties to perform will include to:

1) Monitor and maintain consistent food standards and quality at all times.

2) To participate in the design of menus and purchase all food within budgeted costs.

3) Prepare and produce food to agreed standards in conjunction with other chefs.

4) Ensure that preparation is done for the next morning and prior to service.

5) Assist in creating and preparing menu items and specials.

6) Communicate with the Chefs regarding menu items, problem situations or shortages.

7) Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.

8) To ensure stock take levels and deliveries are correct and accurately recorded
