Full job description

As our multi-award-winning salon continues to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, confident and highly organised person to join the 11:11 Beauty & Skin Rooms team.

This is an important role within our salon. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our busy front of house, provide an amazing experience for our clients and help keep the salon running smoothly day to day.

The role will include:

  • Welcoming clients and creating a warm, professional experience from the moment they arrive
  • Confidently answering and returning phone calls, emails and client enquiries
  • Managing our appointment diary and assisting clients with bookings
  • Rebooking clients before they leave and helping to fill cancellations
  • Keeping on top of our cancellation/waiting list
  • Creating and posting social media content, including Instagram stories, posts and day-to-day salon updates
  • Taking payments and assisting with product and treatment enquiries
  • Keeping reception, client areas and the salon clean, tidy, organised and fully stocked
  • Supporting our therapists throughout busy days
  • Helping with the general day-to-day running of the salon

Previous experience within the beauty industry would be a MASSIVE advantage.

Pay: €14.50-€17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
