Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years experience.
  • With food & beverage service knowledge and experience.
  • Cocktail making experience.
  • A positive & proactive attitude.
  • Team player, and solution focused.
  • Has excellent customer care skills.
  • Maintain high levels of service and standards.
  • Ability to work calmly in a high paced environment.
  • Ability to work on their own in quieter times.
  • Flexibility in shift pattern.
  • Knowledge of opening and closing procedures.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland immediately.
  • This position will be ideally suited to a friendly & sociable person who is looking for a new challenge.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
  • Maintain quality control for all drinks served.
  • Excellent product knowledge to allow menu development, upselling & training.
  • Project future needs & ordering for goods, bar supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
  • Maintain health and safety regulation standards.
  • Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Significant work experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • A positive & proactive thinker.
  • Must have authorisation to work in Ireland and start work immediately.
