Full job description

Alma is looking for an experienced Barista and front of house (same person) with essential experience with Specialty Coffee. FULL TIME POSITION, FULL TIME VISA OR EU PASSPORT NEEDED.

Key requirements:

- used to work in a VERY busy and fast paced environment

- 2+ years of experience (provable)

- Latte art essential.

- knowledge of coffee machine and grinders set up/dialing doses/cleaning process

- organized and clean

- Used to work under pressure and FAST

Responsibilities:

The right candidate should have experience within a high-volume speciality coffee environment, be comfortable weighing doses under pressure, and latte art. Be ready to do whatever it takes to provide speedy and personal service for all our loyal customers.
