Lily & Wild at The Post Restaurant in Naas is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our busy and growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong restaurant or café experience who is ready to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced, vibrant daytime restaurant. We are looking for someone who is confident on the floor, enjoys leading a team, and takes real pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and support the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading service, supporting the team, dealing with customer queries, and making sure the restaurant continues to run to Lily & Wild standards.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is calm under pressure, organised, positive, and comfortable leading by example during busy service.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager with the daily running of the restaurant.

Lead the front-of-house team in the manager’s absence.

Ensure excellent customer service and a warm guest experience.

Keep service running smoothly during busy periods.

Support, guide and motivate the team on the floor.

Handle customer queries or issues professionally.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation.

Support opening, closing and daily operational procedures.

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure strong communication during service.

Help maintain Lily & Wild standards at all times.

What We Are Looking For

Previous restaurant, café or hospitality supervisory experience is essential.

Strong front-of-house experience in a busy environment.

A confident, calm and professional approach.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Strong organisation and attention to detail.

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Someone who is reliable, hands-on and leads by example.

Availability to work 5 over 7 days, including weekends.

Pay starting from €16.00 per hour.
