Looking for a passionate, experienced chef de partie for Michelin starred restaurant in Dublin 4.

Great opportunity for the right candidate.

4 day working week

We are looking for candidates that have experience running a section in a busy, dynamic, high end restaurant. You must be able to write a prep & mise en place list. Placing daily orders for your section is required. You must be able to run your section during prep and service. You must be Haccp trained.

You will be working with a small passionate team. It will be as part of a cold section. Lots of potential to learn. Our menus are hyper seasonal using the best ingredients we can find.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €600.00-€700.00 per week
