Chef – Grizzlys Glencullen

Grizzlys is looking for an experienced and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team. Daytime hours only.

We’re a busy café/restaurant with a strong weekend trade, serving quality food in a fast-paced environment. Weekdays are more relaxed, giving the team time to prep, maintain standards, and keep the kitchen running smoothly.

The Role

  • Preparing and cooking grill items to a high standard
  • Working efficiently during busy weekend services
  • Assisting with food prep, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation
  • Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience working on a grill in a busy kitchen
  • Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
  • Own transport essential
