Working Hours - Part-time, on a shift basis

Please note that this venue is NOT accessible by public transport. Therefore, all applicants must have their own mode of transport.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef De Partie looking for a new kitchen role and a better work life balance in this busy Dublin Golf Club. Not your typical F&B working hours as the facility is busier in the daytime than at night and busier in the summer than in the winter. This may be appealing to someone who is looking to move away from the late nights of a typical restaurant.

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Assisting the Head Chef with all aspects of the smooth and efficient day-to-day management of this department. You will be involved in creating new menus, inspiring new recipes and designing weekly specials.
