Full job description

Gus O'Connor's Pub is seeking to hire both full time and part time, seasonal and permanent bar and waiting staff. The hours involved may be a combination of day and evening shifts and may include mid-week and weekend work.

Rate of pay is competitive and dependent on experience - salary up to €35,000 available for experienced full time permanent bar staff.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • To greet and serve the customers
  • Display excellent hospitality through positive interaction with both customers and co-workers.
  • Take pride in all facets of service, to include quality, appearance, cleanliness, for self and the food & beverage outlet.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Work as part of a team.
  • Follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Do all necessary opening and closing duties.
  • Be knowledgeable of both food and beverage menu items
  • Ability to operate the point of sale equipment.
  • Operation of till and card terminals training will be given.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.15-€19.75 per hour
