We are a family-owned 4-star hotel with a strong reputation for genuine hospitality, exceptional food, and personalised service.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operation, Silks Restaurant.

Reporting to the Operations Manager , the Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operation of the hotel's restaurant, ensuring consistently high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a visible presence on the floor and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Strong leadership and people management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage busy service periods while maintaining excellent guest service.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety and health & safety legislation.
  • Experience with EPOS systems and restaurant reservations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, onboard and train new team members.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant and food service operation.
