An Chúirt Hotel is currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
  • Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of drinks, promotions, and hotel services.
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with licensing regulations.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the bar area.
  • Assist with the setup and service of events and functions when required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive guest experience.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in a bar, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of cocktail preparation is advantageous but not essential.
