TRIBE is an enchanting restaurant nestled within a converted old church in the heart of Duleek, County Meath. We are a family-run establishment that takes pride in offering our customers a unique dining experience, highlighting fresh, quality, and local ingredients. • The Barn at Bettystown House, established 2023, open for breakfast, lunch & dinner seven days a week
• Bettystown House, established 2025 which is a beautiful private hire 9 double en-suite bedroom house. Where we also host exclusive private dining evenings and signature afternoon teas

Position Overview
As a senior waiter/waitress at TRIBE, your role will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant floor, and showcase a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a passionate, innovative, hardworking, reliable, and honest individual to join our team and uphold the core values of our establishment. Bar experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities
o Customer Service Excellence
Welcome and seat guests, providing menus and offering recommendations.
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests' needs are met promptly.
Address inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

o Quality Assurance
Uphold our commitment to using high-quality local ingredients in every aspect of service.
Ensure that food and beverages are served in an appealing and correct manner.
Conduct regular quality checks to guarantee a top-tier dining experience.

o Customer Relations
Develop rapport with returning guests, remembering their preferences and names.
Solicit and act on feedback, addressing any concerns or special requests.
Create a warm and personalised experience for all diners.

o Honesty and Integrity
Uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all aspects of the role.
Act as a role model for fair & ethical behavior within the team.

Experience

o 3 years’ experience as a Senior Waiting Staff member or in a similar position.
o Bar experince essential.
o Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
o A solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
o Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
o Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
o A keen eye for detail.
o Level-headed and consistent in nature.
o Trustworthy and reliable.
o Approachable with excellent people skills.
