The Role:

Food & Beverage Assistant As we move into the new season, we are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Food & Beverage Assistants to become part of our team. Our Food & Beverage outlets operate throughout the week, and these positions require candidates who can work flexibly across a varied roster. Applicants should be available for a combination of weekday and weekend shifts, which may include daytime, evening and public holiday hours. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced service, engaging with guests and contributing to a supportive and professional team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering warm, personalised service that makes every guest feel genuinely welcome
• Creating memorable bar and dining experiences with confidence and professionalism
• Engaging with guests in a friendly, attentive and polished manner
• Developing a strong knowledge of our menus, drinks offering and hotel facilities
• Maintaining excellent Food & Beverage standards in keeping with our four-star reputation
• Preparing and maintaining immaculate bar, restaurant and service areas
• Following all cash-handling, billing, food safety and operational procedures accurately
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service

Who We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a quality bar, restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage
• A positive, professional and proactive approach, with a strong focus on guest service
• The ability to remain calm, organised and efficient during busy service periods
• Strong spoken and written English
• A genuine interest in hospitality and in creating excellent guest experiences
• Reliable availability to work a flexible roster across weekdays and weekends, including a combination of daytime and evening shifts
