Objective of the Role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the operational & financial success of the Food & Beverage function.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
  • Set targets for the F&B teams in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
  • To assist and ensure the smooth running of Bar & Restaurant.
  • To develop and implement SOP’s efficiently
  • To complete weekly rosters
  • To handle and action guest complaints and lead with excellent customer service
  • To help assist improve costumer satisfaction and promote customer care
  • Help with management training and recruitment of the Food & Beverage team with experience managing a large team
  • To understand budgets forecasting with a keen eye to generate sales
  • To understand stock levels and to be responsible to coordinate stocktaking and variance reports
  • To follow policy and statutory training needs in regards to health & safety compliance
  • Must be able to take own initiative and strong communication skills

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
  • Experience in large conferences and events is an advantage.
  • Excellent Leadership skills.
  • High standards and attention to detail.
  • An excellent focus on our customers.

Pay: €45,000.00 per year
