We are a craft brewery established in 2015. Since then we have developed a restaurant within the brewery (our taproom) that seats upto 130 people both indoors and outdoors. We have also developed a wedding venue on site in our 14th century Corn Mill that overlooks our brewery and restaurant. We are extremely passionate about what we do with a clear focus on the customer experience.

Job description

Exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for wood fired pizzas and looking to help run a busy kitchen. As a Pizza Chef at Carlingford Brewing Co., you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas, using fresh, high quality ingredients. You’ll play an integral role in our kitchen, working closely with our team to ensure a smooth, efficient operation and delivering an outstanding dining experience to our customer.

The successful candidate will have previous experience with wood fired pizza, works well in a team and be well organised with a strong passion for food. This is a really exciting role for someone looking to work in a busy, creative, organised and yet casual environment. You will have the opportunity to grow with the business and establish a successful career with us.

  • Receiving and organising of deliveries
  • Working closely with both restaurant manager and general manager to ensure smooth running of operations
