Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Barista to join our team. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while delivering delicious coffee and refreshments. The ideal candidate has a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
  • Take customer orders and prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages
  • Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including wiping down tables and counters, and restocking supplies
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and allergen information
  • Operate and maintain coffee machinery and equipment
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and preparing the cafe for the next shift

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for coffee
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.

Pay: From €14.15 per hour
