Full job description

We are expanding our kitchen team.

We are looking for Grill Chef with passion for food and willing to assist our Head Chef and work alongside our team. This role will involve working along with the Chef for food preparation, stock rotation and food service, working to the Kitchen’s highest standard of food presentation and standards. Responsibilities; To cook and present the dishes in all food areas as per our menu To comply with H.A.C.C.P. rules Maintaining a high level of standards throughout the Kitchen.

Duties Include: To oversee and aid in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food in the restaurant Monitor to ensure food quality, presentation and safety standards are being adhered to To monitor stock movement, to ensure stock security To ensure minimum kitchen wastage To assist with the provision of training and development for department staff in kitchen procedures To report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef immediately To comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies You will be required to work on a rota basis to include weekends and bank holidays. The post holder will be expected to adopt a flexible approach to hours of work.

Working a roster of a 4 day week

Pay: €17.00-€18.00 per hour
