**Experience:** Minimum 2 years in the restaurant industry

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of wine and beverage service, guiding guests through selections and maintaining a well-curated wine list.

- Proficient in Resdiary reservation management software, overseeing reservations and optimizing seating arrangements.

- Join an ambitious team dedicated to excellence in service and hospitality.

- Respond to emails and a great phone manner.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement training programs for staff, focusing on enhancing skills and delivering exceptional service.

- Uphold the restaurant's commitment to quality food and wine, ensuring offerings are consistent and reflect the establishment's standards.

- Embrace the open kitchen concept, fostering a friendly and collaborative atmosphere between front and back-of-house teams.

**Qualifications:**

- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-end.

- Excellent wine knowledge, with the ability to recommend and pair wines with menu items. - Proficiency in Resdiary or similar reservation software.
