Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Waiting Staff Member to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a strong background in both restaurant and bar service.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver outstanding service in our dining and bar areas, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

· Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage members' and guests' requests efficiently.

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all service areas.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Club policies.

· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.

· Set up and break down for events, functions, and daily service.

· Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.

· Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the Club’s reputation for excellence.

Requirements

· Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality or Club environment.

· Knowledge of food and beverage service, including bar operations.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.

· Professional appearance and demeanour.
