Our restaurant offers fresh, locally sourced cuisine in a stylish and welcoming atmosphere, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to run our Bar.

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Bartender to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring outstanding service, efficient management, and a memorable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks
  • Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all hygiene standards are met
  • Monitor and restock bar inventory, reporting any shortages to management
  • Handle cash and card payments efficiently and accurately
  • Comply with all local alcohol laws and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a hospitality role is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
  • Passion for mixology and a keen interest in learning new drink recipes
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Access to your own transport is required, as we are located in Ballycotton.
