Full job description

  • Role: Senior Bartender / Bar Supervisor
  • Reports To: Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager / Bar Manager
  • Location/Context: Fast-paced bars, hotels, clubs, or restaurants

Key Responsibilities

  • Drink Preparation: Mix and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits to exact recipe and presentation standards.
  • Staff Mentoring: Train, guide, and support junior bartenders and floor staff during busy shifts.
  • Operations Support: Open and close the bar, manage inventory, handle stock ordering, and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, manage complaints professionally, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local licensing laws, health and safety rules, and HACCP food safety guidelines. [1, 2, 3]

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Advanced mixology knowledge, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to stay calm under high-volume pressure.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
