Job Title: Weekend & Midweek Sales Assistant

Location: O' Dwyers Footwear
Hours: Every Saturday & Sunday + One Midweek Shift (24 hours contract)
Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for a reliable, well-presented Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is ideally suited to students who want steady weekend work with one additional midweek shift.

About the Role:

You will be working in a busy retail environment, helping customers, maintaining shop-floor standards, and supporting the team during peak trading times.
Full availability every Saturday and Sunday is essential, and you must also be available for one scheduled midweek shift.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Well-spoken, friendly, and confident with customers
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliability and commitment to the required weekend + midweek schedule
  • Previous retail experience is helpful but not necessary

Pay:

  • €13.50 per hour to start
  • Rising to €14.15 in the new year, in line with the new minimum wage
