Job Title: Team Lead (Immediate Start)

Location: Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre, Co. Dublin

Rate of Pay: €15.20 per hour

About the Role

As a Team Lead at OAKBERRY, your mission is to elevate experiences. Reports To: Store Manager

Direct Reports: Team Members

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Orchestrate the delivery of outstanding customer service, aligning with marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.

Sales & Performance: Drive retail performance by equipping the team with the tools and resources to deliver exceptional service, maximise sales opportunities, and maintain brand standards.

Exemplary Leadership: Lead by example, actively engaging with the team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while supporting the daily business performance.

Continuous Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and introduce new practices that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Financial Management: Support the Store Lead in optimising profitability by implementing strategies to increase sales and control costs, ensuring efficient staffing and meticulous cash handling.

Team Development: Invest in the growth and development of the team through hands-on training, constructive feedback, and on-the-job coaching.

Operational Excellence: Maintain high operational standards, ensuring adherence to OAKBERRY’s processes and safety protocols for a seamless and secure customer experience.
