Vacancy Specification

From receiving deliveries and stocking shelves to assisting customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere, your role is vital. Become part of a fast paced, friendly team where every colleague contributes to creating an exceptional shopping experience. We offer a range of contract opportunities, including both permanent and fixed- term positions, depending on the needs of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service
  • Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best
  • Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that don’t meet Aldi standards

Skills & Experience
  • Friendly, approachable, and ready to support customers and the team
  • Comfortable with replenishing stock at pace to ensure the best availability for customers
  • Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment
  • Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!
