  • A floater in a childcare setting is a flexible, adaptable staff member who moves between different classrooms throughout the day to cover teacher breaks, manage staff absences, and maintain required adult-to-child ratios.

Are you passionate about early childhood education and making a difference in children's lives? Aurora's Hobbits Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Childcare Educators to join our team!

We are hiring educators with QQI Level 5, 6, 7, or 8 in Early Years/Childcare Education.

Salaries are in line with Core Funding rates, ranging from €15.50 to €18.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
