About Us

Radio King is one of Ireland's growing automotive electronics companies.

We supply and install Android car radios, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto systems, reverse cameras, dash cameras, speakers, subwoofers, and other automotive electronics.

We work with private customers and car dealers across Ireland and are continuing to expand our team, e-commerce business, and online presence.

We are now looking for a creative and motivated Video Content Creator / Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating engaging video content, and wants to develop their marketing skills while contributing directly to the growth of a growing company.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can take initiative, generate creative ideas, and produce high-quality content that attracts customers and strengthens our brand.

This is a hands-on, in-person position. You will regularly visit our workshop, work with our team, film installations and products, and create content for our social media and marketing channels.

We are not looking for someone who only waits for instructions.

We need a person who can understand our goals, suggest ideas, take responsibility for their work, and continuously improve the quality of our content.

You will work directly with the company owners and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities Video Content Creation

• Film videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Record car radio installations, product demonstrations, and customer transformations.
• Create before-and-after videos of vehicle upgrades.
• Film customer testimonials and interviews.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content from our workshop.
• Create engaging content showcasing our products and services.
• Identify interesting moments and opportunities for new content.
• Participate in filming and appear on camera when required.

Content Planning & Creative Ideas

• Develop creative ideas for social media content.
• Assist with planning a weekly content calendar.
• Research current social media trends and identify relevant opportunities.
• Suggest new video formats, campaigns, and content concepts.
• Work with the marketing team to align content with business objectives.
• Help improve the quality, consistency, and performance of our social media content.

Marketing Support

• Support the company's social media marketing activities.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional content.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and external marketing specialists.
• Help develop Radio King's online presence and brand awareness.

What We Are Looking For

• Practical experience creating video content for social media.
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate new ideas.
• Ability to film good-quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Basic understanding of video composition, lighting, and sound.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with our team.
• Interest in marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Ukrainian or Russian language skills for communication with colleagues and some customers.

Important

We are looking for someone who already has practical content creation skills.

This is not a position for someone who needs to be taught basic filming, camera handling, or how to create social media content from scratch.

You should be able to come into the business, understand our objectives, and start producing useful content with minimal supervision.

We value creativity, initiative, reliability, and the ability to deliver results.

Experience & Portfolio

Previous experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital marketing is preferred.
