Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Manufacturing Operator role will make an impact:
- Operate manufacturing lines in efficient manner in accordance with the relevant SOP’s to ensure required output targets are achieve
- Ensure that the manufacturing equipment and area is cleaned to GMP standards prior to use
- Responsible for the preparatory set up machines and equipment, and product in process testing, and for product condition during processing.
- Complete the Batch Manufacturing Record and the reconciliations of the BMR according to relevant S.O.P.`s.
- Report directly to Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager, if any problems or damage occurs.
- Responsible for a high standard of GMP and good housekeeping, and for inspection of batches that do not meet the quality standards.
- Responsible for the handling and storage of Controlled Drugs in accordance with relevant procedures, ensuring product security.
- Adhere to all company and legislative health, safety and environmental requirements, and perform any other duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor / Manager.
- User of Manufacturing support software packages e.g. MES, SAP, Trackwise, Documentum etc.
- Constantly look to improve the process and to learn new skills
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- Candidates are required to be able to work different shift patterns plus overtime when required.
- Candidates are required to have a good understanding of the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices. (Ideally candidates have experience of working in a GMP environment).
- Demonstrated strong team-working skills
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Willing to learn and to continue learning.
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent time keeping skills
