Warehouse Operative – Little Island, Cork

€17–€19 per hour | Permanent, Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40.5 hours per week

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Little Island, Cork.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday in a busy warehouse environment. You'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.

Full training will be provided, so you don't need experience with all of our systems or processes. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders accurately
• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
• Maintaining accurate stock and organised warehouse locations
• Operating warehouse and material-handling equipment safely
• Ensuring orders are prepared and dispatched on time
• Working closely with colleagues across the warehouse and wider business
• Supporting customer or product enquiries where required
• Following company health and safety procedures
• Helping to maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment

What We're Looking For

You will ideally have:

• Previous warehouse, logistics or stock-handling experience
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work in a busy environment and adapt to changing priorities

Experience That Would Be an Advantage

The following experience would be beneficial but is not essential:

• Forklift or other MHE experience
• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
• Kardex or automated storage system experience
• Trade counter or customer service experience
• Technical product or parts knowledge
• Technical part-finding experience
• Experience in a sales or sales-support environment

You don't need experience in every area listed above. Full training will be provided, and we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
