Position: Sales Assistant

Location: Jack & Jones, Kildare Village

Role Overview:

As a Sales Assistant/Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will assist customers, maintain store standards, and take on additional responsibilities, such as opening and closing the store and handling cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

  •     Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
  •     Sales Support: Help meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting the Jack & Jones brand.
  •     Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including restocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
  •     Key Holder Duties: Open and close the store, handle cash registers, and ensure the security of the store when the manager is not present.
  •     Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure a positive and efficient work environment. Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.
  •     Brand Representation: Uphold the Jack & Jones brand image through excellent customer service and visual merchandising.

Qualifications:

  •     Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  •     Strong customer service skills with a passion for fashion.
  •     Reliability and trustworthiness, with the ability to handle key holder responsibilities.
  •     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •     Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  •     A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

RATE OF PAY

€14.50 21 and over

  • €12.74 for those aged 19
  • €11.32 for those aged 18
  • €9.91 for those under 18
