Position Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Sciton's presence
throughout Ireland. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, cultivating strong
customer relationships, and helping aesthetic and medical practices achieve success through the
adoption of Sciton's industry-leading technologies.
The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who thrives in a consultative selling environment,
enjoys building long-term partnerships, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer
experiences. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel throughout the territory and a
commitment to achieving ambitious growth objectives.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of successful sales experience in medical laser, capital equipment, B2B, or other quota-driven sales environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, territory management, and closing skills.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to accurately track and report sales activity.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.

customers. You will educate providers on Sciton's technologies, support customer onboarding and
training, and serve as a trusted partner to help practices achieve their clinical and business goals.

Compensation & Benefits
Your base salary for this position will be €55,000 gross per annum, subject to deductions for PAYE, PRSI,
Universal Social Charge (USC), and any other deductions required by law.
In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible to participate in a quarterly profit-sharing bonus
program, subject to the applicable terms and eligibility criteria.
