EMC Ltd is a leading supplier of Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, and Industrial Controls supporting the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Plastics and Food Industries.

EMC Ltd is currently expanding and is recruiting for a role as part of their Internal Sales team. The person in this role will be responsible for providing sales support to our valued customers.

We are hiring for a part-time position, between 15-32 hours

Duties to include:

Customer Support:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone & email.
  • Providing product information and assisting customers with their questions.
  • Generating and sending price quotes to customers.
  • Entering data into the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Order Processing:

  • Processing customer orders.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely order entry into the system.
  • Coordinating with other departments to fulfil customer orders.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse or relevant departments to ensure product availability.

Communication:

  • Keeping the team lead informed about order status, customer feedback, and other relevant information.
  • Keeping sales staff informed about product updates and changes.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Performing various administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing documents
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports .

Maintaining Professionalism:

  • Representing the company in a professional and positive manner in all customer interactions.
  • Upholding the company's values and policies.

Requirements:

· Must have good organizational skills to deal with multiple customers and enquiries efficiently.

· Must have good time keeping/ time management skills to deal with enquiries promptly.

· Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing demands in a busy sales office.

· Strong PC, numeracy and analytical skills.

Salary is based on experience.

This is a 12 month contract with the potential to extend.
