Job Title: Insurance Sales and Service Associate

Location: Dublin (Ballsbridge), 35 Shelbourne Road

Salary: €27,000 - 40,000 gross per annum

Work Type: Onsite/Hybrid option (4 days in Office following training completion)

This position is a regulated position under the supervision of the CBI.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver telephone-based support to members on all aspects of general insurance underwriting.
  • Respond to member requests, resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective members through conversation to identify member needs and suggest appropriate USAA insurance products.
  • Achieve sales and service targets while adhering to European, US and International regulatory compliance guidelines and procedures.
  • Understand and apply risk management principles by adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in personal and professional development, responding positively to feedback and overcoming challenges.
  • Escalate systemic issues impacting member satisfaction.

Education:

  • Minimum of 2 honours in Higher Level subjects in the Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)

Or

  • Third Level Qualification (minimum level 6 standard)

Preferred:

  • APA qualified individuals. Candidates that are not yet APA qualified must be willing to start their APA qualification process within 6 months of joining the company.
  • Candidates with an Insurance and customer service back background. (ideally 1-2+ years of experience in call- center environment)

Required:

  • Experience multitasking in a Windows operating system environment.
  • Excellent business English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional corporate environment.
