Full job description

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This is a 6 months fixed term, potentially leading to a full-time permanent role.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within a fast-paced business environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Team Manager and liaise daily with the Sales Team to provide high-quality administrative and operational support

  • Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system

  • Process EDI orders and support integrations with online platforms and API data connections

  • Follow up on ERP order workflows to ensure accuracy and timely processing

  • Conduct sales data analysis and assist with report generation and daily data maintenance

  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage email correspondence in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Solid understanding of EDI processes and API integration logic

  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, such as Dynamics NAV or Business Central

  • Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage, but not essential

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Reliable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
