We work with gyms, health clubs, and individuals across Ireland, and we pride ourselves on being a trusted partner in fitness. We’re a small, close-knit team, and we're looking for someone to support our sales specialists and help us grow!

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly and organized Sales Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our sales department, helping with a variety of tasks like preparing quotes, designing gym layouts, creating proposal documents, and providing general admin support to our sales specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

- Admin Support: You’ll assist the sales team by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, keeping things organized, and making sure our records are up-to-date.

- Quotes: You’ll help create clear and accurate quotes for customers based on their needs and our product range, ensuring they have all the information they need to make informed decisions.

-Supporting Sales: You’ll step in to support the sales team when needed, whether that’s following up with clients, answering product questions, or helping with other sales-related tasks

- Gym Design: You’ll work with our sales specialists to design gym layouts, using either floor planning software or tools like Canva to create layouts that make the most of our clients’ space and equipment needs.

- Proposals: You’ll prepare and format proposal documents, ensuring they’re clear, professional, and tailored to each customer’s specific requirements.

What We're Looking For:

-Experience: Ideally, you’ll have some experience in an admin or sales support role, especially in the fitness or equipment industry—but if you’re eager to learn, that’s just as important to us!

-Tech Savvy individual: You’ll be comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva to create designs and documents.

-Organised: You’re great at juggling multiple tasks and keeping everything organized, even when things get busy.

-Great Communication: You can write clearly, speak confidently, and keep our customers and teammates in the loop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €30,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
