Full job description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Showroom & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Dublin 22. This is an office-based role that combines customer service, sales support, logistics coordination, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
  • Welcome customers and guide them through our range of paving products.
  • Prepare quotations and price paving projects accurately.
  • Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to customers and sites.
  • Manage and update the company's social media platforms, creating engaging content and maintaining an active online presence.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with general office administration

Candidate Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
