Car Sales Executive – Autoboland Group, Waterford

OTE €50,000–€70,000+ | Company Vehicle | Career Progression | Full Training

The Autoboland Group is currently recruiting ambitious and customer-focused Car Sales Executives to join our growing teams in Waterford.

Representing leading automotive brands including Ford, Renault, Dacia, and BYD, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within one of Ireland’s leading motor retail groups.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales across new and used vehicles. You will guide customers through every stage of the sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover, while building long-term customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Guide customers through the full sales process
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Sell new and used vehicles along with finance and additional products
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Appraise part-exchange vehicles
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Generate leads through follow-ups, referrals, and social media
  • Ensure showroom and online stock are presented to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Motor industry experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude
  • Strong organisational and IT skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Full clean driving licence essential
