Full job description

We are recruiting Finance Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team in Donegal, helping homeowners access affordable finance solutions for Solar PV installations.

This is a field-based sales role where you will proactively engage with homeowners through door-to-door canvassing, introducing them to our finance packages and booking appointments, which you will then attend with the objective of closing the sale. No previous sales experience is required – full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to start a career in sales with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing in designated areas.
  • Speak with homeowners about finance options for Solar PV installations.
  • Book customer appointments and convert enquiries into completed sign-ups.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products, including batteries and extra solar panels.
  • Achieve weekly sales targets.

Requirements

  • No previous sales experience required – full training provided.
  • Confident communicator with a positive, motivated attitude.
  • Self-driven and target-focused.
  • Full, valid driving licence.

Salary & Benefits

  • €700 gross per week (based on a 40-hour week while generating your own opportunities).
  • €100 for every self-generated customer sign-up.
  • 5% commission on upsold products.
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • Company van, mobile phone and fuel card provided (terms and conditions apply).
