Location: Dublin Salon

Hours: Part-time, 4 days per week (flexible schedule)

Role Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Front of House Receptionist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients upon their arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Manage salon bookings and appointments efficiently using our booking system.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Provide information about salon services and promotions.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy and welcoming.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with retail product sales and inventory management.
  • Collaborate closely with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
  • Previous experience in a salon or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Comfortable using booking software and basic IT systems.
