Full job description

We are currently recruiting a Patient Engagement Administrator to join our growing administrative team, based in our Sandyford Office.

In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments and handling patient communications for both of our busy eye clinics, located in Sandyford and Swords. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, helping ensure they receive a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient appointments and manage clinic schedules across both Sandyford and Swords
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and patient queries
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Support clinical teams with daily administrative tasks
  • Help ensure every patient receives excellent care and attention throughout their journey with us

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration and/or customer service is essential
  • Experience working in a medical or clinical setting is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and strong computer literacy skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • A team player who takes pride in delivering great service
