Summer Festival Crew Wanted – Managers, Supervisors, and Core Crew

Pitched Perfect, Ireland’s largest supplier of boutique tents for festivals and events, is gearing up for an exciting and busy summer season! We’re hiring managers, supervisors, and core crew to join our team and help create unforgettable festival experiences across Ireland.

The roles involves:

  • Setting up and dismantling boutique accommodation structures.
  • Loading, packing, and cleaning equipment throughout the season.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
  • Traveling to various locations and staying on-site throughout the build and breakdown periods.

What we’re looking for:

  • A “can do” attitude with the ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to travel and stay on-site for the duration of the build and event period.
  • Previous experience is a plus, but we’re happy to provide full training for those eager to learn.
  • A driving license is an advantage but not essential.
